I don’t understand the concept of being a human. Aren’t humans supposed to do human things? Eat, sleep, breath. It’s so much more complicated than that! Humans have so many number of emotions. It’s hard to interact with one another. Humans. One word that I say will either crush your soul or make you jump up and down. Being a human is a blessing and a curse. It’s a blessing because our brain can think of so many creative things that can benefit the world. It’s a curse because feelings can take part of everything we do and say, which can screw everything up. Shouldn’t living your life be simple? Except people expect you to have is a job, the love of your life, family, house, and the perfect education. Shouldn’t I just live my own life and you live yours? Or it’s probably because I’m scared what’s planning for my future ahead… Being a human just comes with so many prices thrown at you. That’s just one of the many challenges of being a human. Even when some people see that as a “normal thing.” Maybe I’m just different than everyone else, then again probably not.

Dreaming Awake
It’s a place… A place where you should feel safe, A place where you should be able to be yourself, A place where you should trust others, A place where… A place where no one controls you. A place where you’re not forced to do anything, A place where all your thoughts can be free a place where you don’t get judged on what you say. A place that doesn’t put you down, A place where everyone accept who you are, A place where you’re not compared to others, A place where there are no rules, A place where it’s okay to be yourself. It’ a place… It’s a place that isn’t true, It’s a place that doesn’t exist, It’s a place that no matter who much you want it ,it’s not there. It’s a place that no one has, It’s a place that will never happen, It’s a place that is perfect. It’s a place that everyone wants to be in, It’s a place that is only just a dream world, But we can always dream. It’s a place...that doesn’t exist By : Melanie A. Edited by: Jennifer A. |
